She is survived by: her parents, Rev. Steve Pinnell and Sandra Pinnell (Hedrick) of Chillicothe; her husband Christopher Dowell; her daughters, Kaylee Case (Carter) of Parkville and Kristin Dowell of Brookfield; and her siblings, Lisa Thomas (Jeffrey) of Brookfield and Jim Pinnell (Courtney). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
