She was predeceased by: her former husband Harold Wheeler; her daughter Deborah; and her siblings, John Vincent and Janel Vincent. She is survived by: her former husband Larry Graves; her husband Alan Foster; her children, Dr. Randy Foster of Moberly, Mary "Margy" Barnes (Todd) of Columbia, MO., Neal Foster of San Antonio, TX. and Larry Graves of Kansas City, MO.; and her grandchildren, Broc Graves, Belle Graves, Christman, Rachel Foster, Kent Barnes, Hannah Foster, Andrew Barnes, Molly Foster and Emily Foster. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Donations in Joy's memory can be made to the American Heart Association or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
