He is survived by: his spouse Norma Kincaid; his children, Mary Helen Bohonsky (Robi), Chillicothe, Polly Rose Midura (Dan), Kay Cunningham of Brookfield, Smith (Kathy), John Robert Dyas (Natalie) and Marceline; his sisters, Mary Louise Young of Braymer and Norma Jean McKinney of Eugene; and his grandchildren, Robert, Kelli, Holly, Heather, Carla, Anna, Tabitha, Dustin, Jeremiah, Joshua, Skylar, Deana, Mason, Gerren, Geanya and Christian. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren and two on the way; and one great-great-grandchild.
