He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Edward and Alice Ilee Dowell (Clinefelter); his spouse Marsha Dowell; his sons, Bruce Dowell (Theresa) of Raymore, MO and Glyn Dowell (Raven) of Cave City, AR; his grandchildren, Jackson, Haley, Brent Dowell of Lexa, AR, Ryken and Roman Dowell of Cave City, AR; his sister Cheryl Bellaman of Osborn, MO; and his friend Paula Roberts of Bucklin. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
