He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wallace Hottel and Grace Hottel (Alderton); his wife JoAnn Richards; his sons, Jim Hottel (Becky) and Mike Hottel (Beth); his grandchildren, Matthew Hottel (Lauren), Megan Hottel, Jesse Robinson of Liberty and Cole Hottel of Rapid City, SD; his siblings, J. W. Hottel (Marlene) of Osborn, Wilbur Hottel (Linda) of Odessa, Billy Hottel (Lana) of Liberty and Janice Zickler of Liberty; his sister-in-law Sara Mosley (Butch) of Brookfield; his brother Joe Hottel; his brother-in-law Jeff Zickler; his niece Leslee Mosley; and his parents-in-law, Joe and Pearl Richards.
