She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Houlton and Hazel Houlton; her husband Lyle "Donnie" Hicks; her son Joe Eubanks; her stepson Randy Hicks; her granddaughter Ryenne Hicks; and her sisters, Melvena Barker and Doris Ward.
She is survived by: her sons, Billy Eubanks of Dodge City, KS, Rick Eubanks (Vietta) of Emporia, James Hicks (Ava) of Brookfield, MO and Burnie Hicks (Jennifer) of Brookfield, MO. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
