She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Simpson and Faye Simpson (Flippin); her spouse Darel L. Burns; her brothers, Robert and Danny; her sister-in-law Joanne Simpson; and her niece Jennifer Simpson.
She is survived by: her children, Darrell H. Burns of Brookfield, Daniel Lee Burns of Bucklin and Amanda Burns of Brookfield; and her siblings, Jack Simpson of Brookfield, Mike Simpson of Odessa, Debbie Coram of Brookfield and Tina Richards of Brookfield. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
