She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Roscoe and Hazel Ethel Anspaugh (Powell); her great grandchild Alexander Ryan Brown; and her siblings, Conrad Anspaugh, Don Anspaugh, Nelson Anspaugh, Bob Anspaugh, Ronald Sonny Anspaugh, Betty Green, Virginia Allen, Sharon Coram, Norma Manship and Jeanette Hines.she was also preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth Ray “Buck” Burns.
She is survived by : her daughters, Julie Ann (Harold Neblock), Jennifra Jones of Braymer and Joycelyn Rae (D. J. McCollum); her grandchildren, Miranda (T. J. Mandle), Joshua (Krista Neblock), Zachary (Tricia Neblock), Jennifra (Michael Brown), Emily Jones, Steven (Ashley Burns), Nickolas McCollum of Kansas City and Robert McCollum of Golden, CO; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Charlie, Nora, Leo Mandl of Pratt, KS, Lennox of Marceline, Gemma of Marceline, Jett Neblock of Marceline, Ellie of Marceline, Maverick of Marceline, Ace Neblock of Marceline, Mathew, Caleb Brown of Brookfield, Lily, Ian Burns of Ashland, Kayleigh Buhl of Illinios, Raelyn, Rhory McCollum of Auxvasse and Riddick McCollum of Maquoketa, IA; and her brother Marvin Anspaugh of Liberty. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
