He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Lee Cliffman of Bronaugh Missouri and Bill Cliffman; his wife Delores J. Cliffman; and his siblings-in-law, George, Lloyd Schaeffer, Bonnie Dragg and Judith Reece.
He is survived by: his brother Steve Cliffman (Nancy) of Fort Scott; his nephews, Danny Pinkerton and Chad Cliffman (Suzie); his niece Susie Castleberry (Adam); his siblings-in-law, James (Sharon Schaeffer), Darlene Steen and Janette (Jack McCullom); his children, William Ray, Gloria Nicole Cliffman of Liberal, Brad Cliffman of Nevada, Tonya and Patty Fanning of Talala, Oklahoma.; and his grandchildren, Kayla (Seth Goss), Ty (Breanna Cliffman), Stormy Wilson, Stephen (Stacy Wilson), Bailey Cliffman, Domonic Bray, Enrique Bray, Benito Bray, Wynsdae Connelly, Kamberleigh Johnson and Blaykeleigh Johnson. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews, and numerous great nieces and nephews.
