She was predeceased by: her mother Connie Sue Couch (Miller). She is survived by: her close friend Clint Bollinger; her daughter Dr. Ashton Chapman (Darren); her father David Couch; and her brothers, Gregg Couch (Kim) and Corey Couch. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and special friends.
