She is survived by: her sons, John A Houk, Jr. of Bronaugh, MO and Nathan C. Houk (Leslie) of Ava, MO; her granddaughter Sarah Houk of Kansas City, MO; and her siblings, Joanne Hoffman of Pacific, MO, Gene Conway of Pacific, MO, Robert Conway of Olathe, KS, Richard Conway of Arnold, MO, John Conway (Pam) of Columbia, MO and Mike Conway (DeDe). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
