He is survived by: his spouse Mary Joyce Waters; his children, Heather Peterson (Carl), Alex Arambula (Alexia), Kelly Riehl (Robert) and Gina Knabbe (Michael); and his sibling Orville G. "Butch" Waters (Ann).
