He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Clay; his siblings, Audrey Norman and James; and his parents, Rosemary and Clarence.

He is survived by: his children, Theresa Vann Hahn (Mark), Elizabeth Leslie Anderson (Pamela), Douglas Edward (Stacie) and Clay Matthew (Michelle); his grandchildren, Emily, Matt Hahn (Katie), Benjamin, Levi, Vivian Anderson, Ian and Trevor Anderson; his great grandchild Lucas Joseph; his brother Thomas; and his sister-in-law Jackie Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
