It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Fischer of Bridgeton, Missouri, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Fischer; and her parents, Cletus VanBooven and Genevieve VanBooven. She is survived by: her children, Caroline Hubble (Ryan) and Steven Fischer; her grandchildren, Jackson Fischer Hubble and Reagan Elizabeth Hubble; her siblings, Cathy VanBooven, Michael VanBooven (Betty) and Keith VanBooven; her nieces and nephews, Ryan, Jeff VanBooven (Jennifer), Natalie, Kenny VanBooven, Kelly Walsh (Matt) and Emily Chukwu (Cheben); and her parents-in-law, Larry and Eloise Fischer.
