She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert and Alice Turbak, Jr. (Scheidegger); her husband Edgar James Aylward; her daughter Pamela Abernathy (Tim); her siblings, Dr. Charles Turbak (Florence), Eunice Turbak and Dorothy Roemer (Henry); and her nephews, James Aylward and Jack Aylward.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Aylward (Sharon) and Valerie Klobnak (Jack); her grandchildren, Christopher Aylward (Mariela), Justin Aylward (Julie), Travis Aylward, Meredith Godefroy (Christophe) and Emma Klobnak; her great grandchildren, Christopher Aylward (CJ), Brooks Aylward and Beauden Aylward; her nephews, Ronald Aylward (Marge), Joe Aylward (Debbie) and Gregory Aylward (Linda); and her niece Kathy Orzel (Joe).
Funeral arrangements at Collier's Funeral Home in St. Ann and burial at Bellerive Gardens Cemetery in Creve Coeur were private due to COVID-19 concerns.
