Prouhet and Jennifer Eggemeyer; his grandchildren, Sarah Hoffman (Rob), Joseph S. Prouhet, Mary Williams (Thomas), Paul A. Prouhet (Amanda), Julie Prouhet (Dillon Wright), Roxane Prouhet, Samual Prouhet, Julie Diveley, Justin Eggemeyer (Kassi), Austin Eggemeyer (Tori) and Victoria Eggemeyer; and his great grandchildren, Caleb, Matthew, Clara, Elliott, Grayson, Nora, Leo, Harley, Rylee, Ameerah, Oliver, Shepard and Wells.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Society of St. Vincent de Paul or EWTN Global Catholic Network.
