He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Whittington and Dorothy Whittington; his brother Edwin Hyde; and his aunt Betty Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his close friends, John and Mike; his wife Rebecca S. Whittington; his children, Evelyn Whittington and Jeremy Whittington (Amanda); his grandsons, Michael and Austin Whittington; his brother Steve Whittington (Sheila); his nephew Kevin Whittington; and his niece Brandy Whittington.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, Jack and his family request that donations be made to St. Animal Pet Adoptions (S.A.P.A.), where Jack's beloved dog Mick was rescued and adopted from.
