She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bettis and Dicie Bettis (Walker); her husband Ralph Delzo Blackwell; her daughter Karen Sue; her siblings, George, Arthur, Avis, Alta, Alma, William, Bert, Marie, June, James "Jack" and Edna (Gary Hawkins); and her son-in-law Billy.

She is survived by: her children, Ralph Blackwell (Donna) and Debbie Lancaster. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
