He was predeceased by: his father John Owen; his stepfather James Crismon; his stepsister Cheryl Crismon; and his father-in-law Ronald Metzler. He is survived by: his wife Kara; his children, Luke Arens (Lauren) and Mallory Hamilton (Travis); his mother-in-law Katherin Metzler; his grandchildren, Camden, Conner and Leo; his mother Carolyn Crismon; and his siblings, Sue Nabors (Bob) and Steve Owen (Lisa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, The BackStoppers Inc., or DeGreef Hospice House at Mercy Hospice South.
