She was predeceased by: her sister D. C.; and her brother-in-law Edwin Sullivan. She is survived by: her sisters, Vivian Hyacinth Wetzel (Tew) and Colleen Sullivan; her nephew Richard E. Sullivan (Susan); and her nieces, Mary Lee Rubio (Raoul) and Karen S. McCrossen (Bill). She is also survived by seven great-nieces and six great-great nieces and nephews; many friends; and her Sisters.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Sister Damian's name to the Daughters of Charity, 4330.
