She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcia Rand and Alfred Rand; her brother John Rand; her nephew Richard Rand; her former husband Richard Fredey; and her close friend Ardis Howell.
She is survived by: her former husband Coast Guardsman; her children, Jill Doering (Ron) of Percy, Illinois, Alan Freant-Williams (Jeanette) and Craig Williams (Shawna) of Saint Louis, Missouri; her grandchildren, Kate Fox (Rob) of Los Angeles, California, Tivoli Williams of Saint Louis, Missouri, Evan Williams and Bronx Williams of Saint Louis, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Jack Fox and William Fox of Los Angeles, California; her cousin Arthur 'Garth' Rand (Cindy) of Hanover; and her close friend Sharon Pinski of Nashville, Illinois..
