She was predeceased by: her parent L. J. Wayman; her sons, David Mize and Daniel Mize; and her sister Theresa Susan Hopkins. She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Mize of Breckenridge; her mother Martha Marengo of Kearney; her sister Jackie Peterson of Excelsior Springs; her aunt Brenda Huxtable of Holt; and her grandchildren, Allie, Dawsen, Silis, Mackenzie, Makayla, Daniel and Hunter. She is also survived by several other Grandchildren that she claimed and Several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
