It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Gilgour of Breckenridge, Missouri, born in Chillicothe, Missouri, who passed away on April 23, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Edward Gilgour and Wanda Faye Bassett; and his brothers, Gary Eugene and Paul Leon. He is survived by: his wife Trudy Rae Bills; his daughters, Nina Seaman (Troy) of Breckenridge and Jamee Gilgour of Breckenridge; and his sister Glinda Beck of Kearney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
