He is survived by: his mother Patricia Haines of Moses Lake; his children, Catherine O'Dell Minnis of Kansas City, Krystal Bell of Breckenridge, Alyssa Bell of Breckenridge, Briar, Shelby Rae, Lillian and Kaitlyn; his wife Linda Sutherland; and his sisters, Jennifer Lonas of Moses Lake, Lisa Ortez of Moses Lake and Lora Stewart-Hudson of Redding. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
