She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Riegel and Alta Riegel (Cox); her husband Thomas Edward Lewis; and her siblings, Larry Riegel, Dorothy Kavanaugh and Iris Clevenger.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Blankenship (John) of Florence, Roger Lewis (Linda) of Lino Lakes and Phil Lewis (Pat) of Kingsville, Missouri; and her grandchildren, John Blankenship (Stephanie) of Florence, Tom Blankenship (Abby) of Indianapolis, Kelly Croshaw of Florence, Dan Lewis (Stephanie) of River Forest and Krista Lewis of Rochester, Minnesota. She is also survived by nine great- grandchildren.
