She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac "Ike" Fitzwater and Lorena Fitzwater (Hill); and her siblings, Delores Prewitt, Dale Fitzwater and Lois Cox.
She is survived by: her husband Lynn Owen; her children, Tonya Carlton, Mark Owen (Julie), Mike Owen (Christine) and Matt Owen (Nicole); her grandchildren, Bailey Whited, Dalton Owen, Mikayla Vogel, Tanner Owen, Katie Owen and London Owen; her great grandchildren, Landon Whited, Adeline Vogel, Oakley Whited and Dean Vogel; and her sister Peggy Mustain. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the funeral home.
