He was predeceased by: his father Robert Daniel; and his grandparents, Virgil Peters, Grace Peters (Barnes), Lawrence McKnight and Herma McKnight (Murray).
He is survived by: his mother Patsy Luan Peters (McKnight) of Dawn; his wife Cindy L. Milligan of Braymer; his children, Patrick Blake Peters (Jenna) of Braymer, Cailyn Haley (Jake) of Braymer, Rebecca Bell (Shane) of Excelsior Springs, Darcey Emmanuel (Aaron) of St. Joseph and Simone Mastrup Nielsen of Aarhus, Denmark; his grandchildren, Ziya Miller, Adrianna Miller, Macklin Bell, Keaton Haley, Corbin Haley, Sutton Haley, Bentlee Peters and Kyus Emmanuel; his brother Robert Peters (Berta) of Chillicothe; and his parents-in-law, Jim Milligan (Zelpha) of Braymer, MO and Ruthie (Richard). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Patrick Peters Memorial Fund, to be designated to a cause to be determined at a later date.
