She was predeceased by: her parents, Chancy Caldwell and Susan Caldwell (Floyd); her husband Charles Edward Watkins; and her son Michael Watkins. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Ellen Krohne (Melvin) of Liberty and Barbara Jo Withers (Stephen Withers, Sr.) of Attleboro, Massachusettes; her daughter-in-law Karen Watkins; and her grandchildren, Renee Guyer (Greg), Matthew Krohne (Laura), Kyle Withers (Diana), Stephen Withers, Jr. (Ruthanne), Gregory Withers and Christopher Watkins (Sara). She is also survived by ten great-grand children, and several nieces and nephews.
