She was predeceased by: her parents, Ike Fitzwater and Lorena Fitzwater (Hill); her husband Donald Cox; and her siblings, Dale Fitzwater and Delores Prewitt.
She is survived by: her children, Donnie Cox (Kathy) of Braymer, Jim Cox (Robin) of Kansas City, Missouri and Donna Sue Cox-Rowe of Wathena, Kansas; her grandchildren, Brad Cox (Toi Anne), Stephanie Joint (Nic), Derek Cox, Courtney Houston (Jake), Jacob Cox (Jordan), Amy Waldon (Blake), Sonny Long and Leslie Cox; and her sisters, Peggy Mustain of Braymer and Virginia Owen of Braymer. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
