He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosetta Burley and William Burley; and his siblings, William, Louis, Brian, Fred, Walter, Ellen Kissick and Rosetta Burley (Joyce Blizzard).

He is survived by: his brother Richard Burley; and his children, Cindy Wilson and Kevin Blizzard. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
