He is survived by: his wife Crystal Gorham of Brookfield, Missouri; his children, Sean Phipps (Jessica) of Clearwater, Kansas, Ceaira Palmer (Ryan) of Brookfield and Taylor Phipps of Brookfield, Missouri; his grandsons, Cody, Callen and Maverick; and his siblings, James, Norman (Cynthia), Valerie (Leon) and Linda. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews as well as many lifelong friends.
