He is survived by: his wife Peggy Fitzwater; his children, Todd Mustain (Gloria) of Braymer, Missouri and Tiffany Palmer (Terry) of Braymer, Missouri; his grandchildren, Lauren Smith, Mason Palmer (Kaley) and Timberlynn Palmer; and his great grandchildren, Tierney Smith and Cooper Palmer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
