He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Dickerson; his children, Nathaniel Dickerson of Vinita, Oklahoma and Rosabelle Neal of Vinita, Oklahoma; his stepchildren, Gary Phipps, Jr. (Laura) of Kansas City, Paul Phipps (Ingrid) of Avondale, Missouri and Katherine Stambaugh (David) of Norborne, Missouri; and his sisters, Norma Jean Bradford (Barny) of Porterville and Shirley Ardrey of Liberty, Missouri. He is also survived by one grandchild; five stepgrandchildren.
