He was predeceased by: his parents, Warner Watt and Betty Watt; and his sister Patty Jo Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Sue Watt; his children, Joseph Watt, James Watt II, Janalynn Watt, Ralph Duncan and Randall Duncan; and his brother Harvey Ritchie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
