She was predeceased by: her husband Jack C. Gates. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Gene P. Gates (Kathy) of Rexburg, ID and Michael D. Gates (Rebecca) of Branson, MO; and her grandchildren, Allyson Johnson and Daniel Gates. She is also survived by two step-grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 5 step- great grandchildren; numerous cherished nieces, nephews and friends.
