He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Lynn Birchard of Shawnee, Kansas and Donita Renae Birchard (Jed) of Osawatomie, Kansas; his grandchildren, Hailey, Christopher, Patrick, Madison, Sadie and Tess; his siblings, William Smothers Jr. (Patty) of Houston, Texas, Patty Cureton of Dora, Missouri, Pam Smothers of Kansas City, Missouri, Nancy Easterwood of Kansas City, Missouri, Polly Pollard of Windsor, Missouri and Shelly Smothers of Missouri; his great grandchildren, Vinley and Mesa Rose; and his nephews, Jake, Josh and Luke. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews; and other family and friends.
