He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Doyle Smith Sr. and Imogene Peacock (Dye); and his sister Christy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Amber Smith; his children, Katrina Joiner (Anthony) of Water Valley, Mississippi and Jeremy Smith (Debbie) of Huntsville, Alabama; and his grandchildren, Conrad Smith and Presley Smith.
