He was predeceased by: his parents, Doff Branstetter and Ada Branstetter (Wells); his former wife Patty; and his son Rob Barnes. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his sons, Kevin Branstetter of Branson, MO, Chris Branstetter of New York, NY, Randy Barnes (Michelle) of Lawrence, KS, Rick Barnes of San Diego, CA and Ryan Barnes (Latonya) of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Carly Couch (Addison), Evan Barnes (Courtney), Lawson Barnes and Sadie Barnes; his siblings, Doyle Branstetter (Janice) and Shirley Jones; his nephew Dean Branstetter; and his close friends, Terry Snowden and Jordan Chapman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and a host of many friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to St. Judes.
