He is survived by: his mother Ruth Dean Kelly; his wife Lisa Ann (Feldman); his son John Patrick Kelly (Sarah Alice Kelly); his granddaughter Elsie Jo Kelly; his daughter Katie Ann Kelly; his sister Lana Diane Patterson (Kent); his sister-in-law Laurie Carpenter (Rick); his nephews, Blake Patterson (Jill) and Logan Patterson (Rachel); his great-niece Genevieve; and his nephews, Collin Patterson (Kaydee), Ricky Carpenter and Casey Carpenter.
