He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Carlson and Dorothy Carlson (Claussen); and his brother Leon Carlson. He is survived by: his wife Dee Carlson of Branson, MO; his stepson Nick Feickert of Ocean, MD; and his siblings, Douglas Carlson (Bonnie) of Mitchell, SD, Tim Carlson (Deb) of Sioux Falls, SD, Gloria Mundt of Sioux Falls, SD and Cyndee Widman (Kevin) of Sioux Falls, SD.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested monetary gifts to be used for lasting memorials at the Lake House Pub and the Millenium Bowl.
