He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Johnson and Coetta Johnson (Sanders). He is survived by: his wife Judith Johnson of Branson; his children, Mark Johnson (Julie) of Johnson City, TN, Michael Johnson (Kim) of Branson, MO and Becky Johnson of Poplarville, MS; and his sisters, Sandra Lathrom of Springfield, MO and Linda Johnson (Manferd) of Powersite, MO. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, their spouses, five great grandchildren, bonus grandchildren and families, many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
