He is survived by: his children, Todd Roland Carter (Andrea) and Terri Deneen; his wife Patricia (Patty); his grandchildren, Jared Carter (Courtney), Schuyler Carter (Morgan), Stormie Carter Presley (Levi), Jette Carter Housman (Luke), Finleigh, Scarlett, Remi, Mili, Laura Mae, Montana, Logan (Danielle) and Deneen; his great grandchildren, Ashton and Connor; his brothers, Brad Carter, Guy (Marsha Carter) and Gary (Terri Carter); and his brother-in-law Jay (Linda Littlefield). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
