He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Lowe and Irene Lowe (Foster); his wife Virginia Lou Lowe (Taylor); his brothers, James Edward and Tommy; his daughter Elizabeth; and his great grandchild Alexis Lowe.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Kidwell (Tim) of Branson Missouri, Chris Lowe (Angela) of Searcy and Richard Lowe (Lisa) of Little Rock; and his sister June Evans (Jimmy) of Alexandria, Louisiana.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
