He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Dowler and Midge Dowler (Clark); his son Anthony "Tony" Dowler; and his brothers, Ronnie Dowler and Denny Dowler.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Dowler of Branson; his daughter Angela Pryor (David) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Cory Scott (Heather) of Springfield, Caleb Pryor of Grandview and Katherine Dowler of Seattle; and his siblings, Jim Dowler (Sandy) of Springfield, Greg Dowler (JoEllen) of Springfield and Suzanne Dowler of Springfield.
