He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolf Cizek and Gertrude Cizek; his wife Renae M. Cizek; and his grandson Jacob Cizek. He is survived by: his children, Scott Cizek (Teri) of Branson, MO. and Pam Grisham (Tod) of Branson, MO.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
