He was predeceased by: his sister Jill Livingood. He is survived by: his granddaughter Billee Orin Tolbert of Sparta, MO; his brother Tom Cutter (Donna) of Folkston, GA; his children, Jana Johnson (James) of Taneyville, MO, Chris Hubbard (Becky) of Kirbyville, MO and Chad Hubbard of Branson, MO; and his stepchildren, Sean Tolbert (Samantha) of Springfield, MO, Rodney Clark (Margie) of Elwood, KS, Curtis Clark, Tina Losson (Rodger) of Elwood, KS, Gina Keiser of St. Jospeh, MO and Aunt Pat Shepherd of St. Joseph, MO. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren plus a host of family and friends.
