He is survived by: his father Michael Swick Sr. of Ormond Beach, Florida; his wife Teresa Swick of Branson, Missouri; his son Michael Green of Missouri; his siblings, Victoria Daniels (Rodney) of Ridgedale, Elizabeth Maddy (Scott Turner) of St. Louis, Gabriella Ritchie of New Hope, Ana Gray of Aurora, Katherine Lassally of Port Orange, Eduardo Swick of Port Charlotte, Sarah Kelly of Ponce Inlet, Joey Swick of Ormond Beach and Josh Swick of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and his grandchildren, Silas Green and Aubrey Dawn Green. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and extended family.
