He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Harper Gates of Branson, MO.; his stepdaughters, Susan White (Joe) of Reeds Spring, MO. and Laura Barrett; his brother Dr. Gene Gates (Kathy); his grandchildren, Brendan Durham, Carter White, Harper Barrett, Elise Barrett and Ryan Barrett; his niece Allyson Johnson (Jeremy); and his nephew Daniel Gates (Joelle).
