She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Uerling and Helen Uerling (TenVorde); her husband Terry Lewis; her son Barry Haley; and her siblings, Harry Uerling and Ann Sughroue (Gerald).
She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Haley (Douglassa) of Manchester, TN and Brooke Haley of Branson, MO; her stepdaughters, Angie Lewis McAllister (Jonathan Sampson) of Parker, CO and Michelle Lewis of Springfield, MO; her brother Joseph Uerling (Florence) of Nebraska; and her sister-in-law Fay Uerling of Nebraska. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
