She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy M. Howlett and Mary Howlett (O'Brien); and her sister Janice Townsend. She is survived by: her husband Bob R. Simmons; her children, Robin K. Simmons-Cerilli (Joseph) of Orlando, FL, David R. Simmons (Roxane) of Orlando and Joel R. Simmons of Ozark, MO.; and her grandchildren, Ysabel Maseda, Autumn Simmons and Luke Simmons.
